"If you want to feel better but don't know where to start, start here"

Hello Dear Friend,

If you are here because you or your loved one is suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, then I am so sorry for what you are going through. It can feel like a really uncertain time with there being so little help from doctors for this illness. But in being here, please be rest assured that you have come to a safe space, a space for more understanding of this illness, of how to cope, and of how to heal.

All my love to you

Light and blessings,

About Me

My name’s Jodi, I’m 32 and I’m from England, UK. I’m a former Aerobics Instructor and Personal Trainer, singer, dancer and traveller. I then got Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and I’ve since healed myself from the worst fatigue I thought was humanly possible and I now live a very peaceful, balanced, happy life.

Before I got sick, I was living a very exciting, but very stressful life in London as a Studio Co-ordinator. I was living my dream at that time, but I had an underlying anxiety that was weighing me down and I had to constantly keep myself busy to distract myself from it. Watch my full journey here -  Or listen to my radio interview about my journey here -

Getting Chronic Fatigue Syndrome was probably the only thing and the kindest thing, to stop me in my tracks and heal me (as opposed to something that could have taken my life within months or in an instant). Couldn’t we all say that even before getting CFS, we could have done with some inner healing? Feeling happier? Calmer? More fulfilled?

This experience has taken me on an inward journey of healing my mind, body and spirit, to truly understand what is important in life and how to obtain that. I’ve learnt things that I’ll take away with me for the rest of my life, and today I’d like to introduce to you what has led to my healing, with hopes that it can help your healing journey too.

What is CFS

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, also known as Post Viral Fatigue, Adrenal Fatigue, and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E), is an illness that can affect both men and women but mainly women. The ages it affects can range between 8 years old to 80 years old.

It’s generally understood that the body has usually been under some sort of strain for a while before CFS occurs. It’s usually triggered by a viral infection, common viruses causing this illness can be - Glandular Fever, Herpes and Epstein Barr Virus. These put the immune system under a lot of strain, causing the body to work under par and in turn can lead to nutritional deficiencies. Hormonal imbalances can also be common leading up to CFS, and usually a high amount of stress and exercise will have typically been endured previous to getting this illness, and maybe even a trauma, be it physical or emotional.

Chronic Fatigue produces symptoms such as a severe lack of energy, to the point where you can struggle just to get dressed, shower, cook and even have conversations. The cognitive senses can be affected, and people may struggle to think properly or remember simple information, withhold simple instructions or concentrate for any length of time, this is known as Brain Fog. People quite often have sensitivity to light and sound and CFS can sometimes cause Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Insomnia can occur, as well as muscle and joint pain, headaches, sore throats, dizziness, sickness, flu like symptoms and heart palpitations.

Let’s say a normal healthy person, has a full tank of energy. They will live a normal day.  They get up in the morning, shower and get ready, go to work from 9-5, they go to the gym on their way home, then cook a meal in the evening and maybe even see a friend later for a drink. This may use 60% of their energy tank. They’ll go to bed that night, wake up the next morning, and their energy tank is around 95-100% full again. No matter what they do one day, sleep will nourish their bodies and they can get up and do it all over again the next day, and the next day, and the next. Their tank is never empty.

However, when you have CFS, you wake up with maybe 20% of energy in your tank. But making breakfast, can take your energy level down to about 15%, getting dressed takes it down to around 10%, and then you rest for say, 5 hours, and maybe feel like you’re back to having 15% of energy left. You might then try and go for a small walk, and your energy drops to 8%, cooking dinner takes it to 5%, and you go to bed hoping to feel better in the morning, only to find you could only sleep for 5-6 hours and once again, you wake up to only having 20% of your energy back. And on top of feeling like you have no energy, you have swollen glands, achy muscles, anxiety and a migraine.

People will usually experience CFS for a minimum of 6 months but sadly, most people can have this illness for several years. The first year or two are normally the worst, but it can ease in time if given the right care.

The Program

My intention in creating this CFS Healing Program, is so that you too, can heal your mind, body and spirit. It took a lot of time, effort and money to get my health to where it is today, and while the body needs time and peace to heal from CFS, I’d have recovered quicker if I’d have had everything that got me better, mentally and physically, right in front of me from earlier on.

This Program will help you build structure into your recovery. It will take you on a step by step guide to helping you work on your diet and we focus on creating a daily routine for you as well so you can avoid doing too much or too little and we build on it in time. It will introduce some really natural healing options to help the body, getting rid of the horrible symptoms that comes with CFS including fatigue, brain fog and pain! We talk through some amazing ways to naturally heal anxiety, depression and any negative emotions that have built up inside of us from experiencing this illness and any past traumas we may of endured as well. And lastly, we start to incorporate progressive exercise into your life, making our way through the level 1, 2 & 3 videos.  All throughout I give advice on how to cope, so that you too can move forward from where you're currently at, and never look back.

There is no timeframe set to complete this Program as everyone's different, I really want you to make your way through it at your own pace. Do this for your future self. The path to a harmonious life of wellness is one that you do not have to walk alone! For a video with more information about the program, click the link -

If you struggle to look at computer screens as a symptom of Chronic Fatigue, I’ve made an audio option throughout this CFS Healing Program, so making your way through it will be easier.

You have found this Program at the perfect time for where you’re at with your health and in your life today. It is not a mistake that you are here, you’re exactly where you are supposed to be.

I look forward to sharing this journey with you. Click below to begin. *Best experience on laptop*
